This part of the video was very successful the ideas from the teachers and the explanation of the bob sled. The Bob sled analogy is brilliant.

While watching your video, I wondered about the links between on ground and online strategies. Would you use the bob sled analogy for all ages of learners?
I loved energy of your video. That energy comes though and would work well at a conference.
I especially enjoyed your video presentation. I liked that you included music to keep from boring your audience. It also flowed well throughout the video.
My only concern would be that the words on the screen need to be smaller so that we could see it. Many of the words were cut off on each end because it couldn't fit in the screen space.
You did an excellent job preparing your audience for the keynote speaker. The applause at the end was a nice touch.
Great job with a good tempo. I agee with Sabrina's comment about the text size. I would add that the timing on your text slides with too short. I did not have time to read the text before it went to the next page.
